If you are unable to upload your documents when booking your appointment, try the following fixes:

Make sure your file is a PDF

If your file is a Word file, follow these instructions for converting it to PDF: How to convert a Microsoft Word Document to a PDF

If your file is in another format (e.g., JPG, HEIC, PNG, etc.), you can convert the file using an online converting program like SmallPDF.

Make sure your file name is less than 100 characters

If the file name is longer than 100 characters, rename it to something shorter.

Make sure the file size is less than 2 MBs

If your file is larger than MBs, you can compress it using an online file compressor program like SmallPDF.
