If the additional signer is located in the same location as yourself, you can join the online notary session from the same device. Just log-in to your Notarize.ca account and click on Join Session.

If the additional signer is located in a different location from yourself, they will receive an email at the appointment start time with a link to the online notary appointment. They simply click the link to join the video conference.
