If you need to reschedule your online notary appointment, you can either:

1. Contact us at hello@notarize.ca to reschedule, or
2. Cancel your existing appointment and schedule a new one at your preferred time

How to cancel and rebook your notary appointment

You can cancel your appointment up to two hours in advance before your appointment. If there are less than two hours before your appointment, please email hello@notarize.ca for help with rescheduling.

1. Log-in to your Notarize.ca account

2. Click on My Appointments in the menu bar

3. Click on the icon in the Appointment Details column

4. Click on Cancel Appointment

5. Type in your reason for cancellation and click on Cancel Appointment, then click OK

7. You will see a cancellation confirmation message, and the status of your appointment will change to Cancelled by Client

8.  Book your new appointment by clicking on New Appointment in the top menu bar
