To join your online notary appointment:

1. Log-in to your Notarize.ca account

2. Click on My Appointments in the menu bar

3. Click on Join Session

Tip: If you don’t see Join Session at your appointment time, click on Refresh.

4. You may see a pop-up requesting access to your microphone and camera - click Allow.

You must click allow to ensure the notary can hear and see you during the video appointment.

That’s it! You are now in your online notary session. Your notary will walk you through the rest of the signing process.
