You can download a copy of your notarized document during your online notary appointment by clicking on the link in the My Documents section.

You can also download a copy of your notarized document after your notary appointment from your My Appointments page in your Notarize.ca account.

To download your notarized document after your notary appointment:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on My Appointments in the menu bar

3. Click on the icon in the Download Document column
