You can cancel your online notary appointment through your Notarize.ca account or by contacting hello@notarize.ca,

To cancel your online notary appointment through your Notarize.ca account:

1. Log-in to your Notarize.ca account

2. Click on My Appointments in the menu bar

3. Click on the icon in the Appointment Details column

4. Click on Cancel Appointment

5. Type in your reason for cancellation and click on Cancel Appointment, then click OK

7. You will see a cancellation confirmation message, and the status of your appointment will change to Cancelled by Client

Please note: If you cancel your appointment with less than two hours' notice, you will be chargeda late fee of $39.55.
