To book your online notary appointment:

1. Go to the Notarize.ca log-in page and log-in to your account

• New user? Create your Notarize.ca account first by clicking on Create Your Account

2. Click on New Appointment in the upper-right hand corner

3. Review the Service Terms and Conditions and click Submit

4. Select your preferred date, time and language and choose a notary, then click Next

5. Review your details and click Next

6. Upload your documents and click Next

7. Review the Appointment Summary and click Submit

8. Click Okay to confirm your appointment

9. Your appointment is now booked!

• You will receive an appointment confirmation email right after booking and an appointment reminder email 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
