If you're unable to log-in to your Notarize.ca account, the following steps will help:
Make Sure You're Using the Correct Email Address
Double-check to make sure you're trying to log-in with the same email address you used to create your account.
Try Social Sign-in:

If you've signed up with a Gmail account: Click on Continue With Google to log-in

If your email is connected to your Facebook account: Click on Continue with Facebook to log-in
Reset Your Password:
If social sign-in didn't work, click on Forgot your password? to reset your password - a new password will be emailed to you.
Request a Password Reset
If you don't receive an email with your new password, email us at hello@notarize.ca to request a manual password reset.
