We can sign documents in ink and notarize hardcopies of your documents with our online notary services. Instead of electronically signing your documents during your online video conference with the notary, you would sign a paper copy in ink.
You have two options:

You and the notary each sign your own separate paper copies and the notary mails their copy to you; or

You sign your paper copy and mail it to our office for the notary to sign and stamp, and the notary mails both copies to you.
If you’re not sure which option is right for you, we recommend asking the receiving organization for guidance.
