We are happy to provide printed copies of notarized documents upon request. Just let your notary know during the notary appointment that you require a printed copy. The notary will then print the document, add their notary seal and send it to you by Canada Post Xpresspost or courier.

Our mailing fee for one document is $20.99 plus the cost of shipping with Canada Post Xpresspost and HST. This includes the notary's ink signature and embossing seal. The mailing fee for each additional document is $4.99 plus HST.

We can also ship your notarized documents anywhere in the world. Please note that shipping rates for sending documents outside of Ontario will vary depending on the destination.
