To request a refund, email us at hello@notarize.ca with the following information:

  1. Date of your notary appointment

  2. Name of notary (this appears on your My Appointments page in your Notarize.ca account)

  3. The amount to be refunded

  4. The reason for the refund

Our team will review your request and get back to you ASAP.
